Introduction : 7 STAR MINIATURE CIRCUIT BREAKER is an automatic current limiting device. It protects electric motors, house hold wiring, long distance power lines & other electrical devices against damage caused due to high electric current flowing in the circuit as a result of fault in device or of an outside event such as lighting.

Installation : MCB can be installed on standard (35mm) DIN channel by a simple snap action, thus eliminating fitting screw. It can be removed easily with the help of screwdriver whenever necessary. This eliminates waste of time during installation as well as replacement.

General Features :

Special Plastics : These plastics not only have the strength to withstand effects of short circuit but also thermal capacity to resist any change in the physical dimensions. They also have very good fire retardant properties.

Switching Mechanism : Trip Free Mechanism: MCB will not operate under faulty condition i.e. if the breaker is switched, ‘ON’ under faulty current, the operating mechanism inside will automatically cut off even if the knob is self at ‘ON’ position and even in sealed condition

Arc Chamber : The arc chute with 12 arc plates are so designed that it can extinguish the arc by dividing the arc intensity and without damaging any of it’s internal components.
