Residual Current Breaker with Over Current (RCBO) is a type of Circuit Breaker switch used to protect an electric circuit at the time of over current or short circuit scenario and hence prevent any damage to anything. Basically, electric technicians will recommend using a RCBO switch where there is a need to prevent

 

overload on a particular circuit which can lead to electric shock that has the potential to take lives.

 

At MOTI Enterprise, 7STAR RCBO switches are designed with the same basic principle of any other MCB switch which is to interrupt the current by breaker or tripping. But unlike other MCBs, RCBO has two circuits to detect an imbalance and an overload which makes it unique and more effective under overload situations.

 

The 7STAR Residual Current Breaker with Overload (RCBO) is product designed combining the features of both RCCB and MCB and is also widely known as ELMCB. 7STAR RCBO Switch gives protection against electric shock as well as reduces the chances of getting direct and indirect shocks from the circuit. This extra-ordinary device also safeguards from any kinds of fire hazards, earth leakages and short circuits. 7STAR RCBO is the first device that comes with a feature of tripping at high voltage.
