MOTI Enterprise is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of highly efficient electrical components for both commercial/industrial and residential use. With a team of highly trained engineers and their expertise, MOTI Enterprise is proud to offer the modern day Copper Busbar Distribution Chamber System specially designed to last longer and perform consistently ensuring safety of the building.

In any electric circuit of any building or location, some electrical energy is lost as heat which if not regulated then could impair the overall performance of the system due to overheating. This energy loss is actually proportional to the product of the effective resistance of theconductor and the square of the current flowing through it. Such an energy loss if not regulated soon enough could result into financial loss as well over a period of time. Hence it becomes mandatory to reduce these energy loses by implementing designs that uses highly conductive metal such as Copper which also leads to lower working temperature and hence ensures more reliable operation. The first installation may cost you a lump sum but it always a wiser choice as it lowers the lifetime costs by saving lifetime energy loses.

Hence, Copper Busbars used within installation for distributing electrical current from a supply point to a number of output circuits becomes energy efficient as well. Let’s check some of the amazing energy-efficient features of a Copper Busbar Distribution system.

Features of Copper Busbar Distribution Chamber:

Higher Conductivity :  Copper has better conductivity to electricity when compared with its highest competitor Aluminum. Hence, Copper is a more preferred material to manufacture Busbar Distribution Chamber.

Easy Jointing :   Unlike Aluminum, Copper is very easy to joint and has no effect of Oxidization which makes it more reliable and efficient in the electric field.

Stronger than others :   Copper is a stronger metal which makes it a better choice than Aluminum as Copper is less susceptible to creep and is better at withstanding short circuit current forces.

No Effects of Oxidization :   Oxidization takes a toll on Aluminum and creates an insulating layer on the metal making it difficult to joint whereas Copper face no such effects of Oxidization and is very easy to joint and reliable for that matter.
